Wow. Just... WOW. It had not occurred to me that Disney may have used the same animation cycle from previous movies to save time, so seeing this was an eye opening treat! That said, it is laudable how the animators tweaked the movements to reflect the specific mannerisms of the characters in each movie. Fun video!
That's truly incredible! I grew up on Disney, and never felt "ripped off". I think it's cool that they could reuse all those magical moments, and it never even occured to me at all. But then again, I don't have the trained, animators eye that you do.
actually you see this in movies all the time.. animated or not, comics and other forms of media. it's actually clever, and it helps because it gives the viewer a sense of familiarity.

I feel ripped off.
I saw this a couple years ago with a couple more clips. At the time I couldn't believe it. Now, that's awesome! I would have done the same thing.
